Why Offer ACH
Card interchange on a large invoice or a monthly premium adds up. ACH typically costs a flat fee or a fraction of the card rate, and bank accounts do not expire or get reissued the way cards do. For recurring and installment billing, that means fewer failed charges and lower cost per collection.
The reason most businesses avoid ACH is friction: collecting routing and account numbers securely, handling authorization, and reconciling settlements and returns days later. FloPay handles all three.

Talk to SalesFrequently Asked Questions
-
Can I use ACH for installment plans and subscriptions?
Yes. Saved bank tokens can be charged on a schedule just like a card on file.
-
How do I know when an ACH payment actually settled?
The payment stays in Pending until the gateway reports settlement. The nightly import and status updates move it to settled or returned automatically.
-
Does every gateway support ACH refunds?
Most do. Maverick supports ACH sales only; capture, void and refund on Maverick ACH are not available.
