Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will it send emails without asking?

    No. Sends, plan changes, enrolments and alerts are proposals that a person approves or skips. Only direct edits to deal fields happen immediately, and those have Undo.

  • CRM deals, activities and settings your user can already see, plus live merchant processing data for merchants in your portfolio. Card numbers, bank details and gateway credentials are blocked.

  • It is in early access, currently enabled for FloPay-managed teams with the CRM AI permission. Contact sales to join the rollout.
