  • Can AI Query change or delete data?

    No. Queries run inside a read-only database transaction. The SQL is validated before execution and anything that is not a read is rejected.

  • No. Card numbers are never stored in FloPay; they live in the TokenEx vault. Other sensitive columns are hidden from the model and redacted from results.

  • AI Query uses Anthropic's Claude. The model receives your schema and your question, not your customer data.
