E-Signed Financing Agreements at Checkout

When the plan needs a signed contract, FloPay puts it in the payment flow instead of a separate e-signature tool. The hosted checkout page shows the agreement as text or as a PDF with a positioned signature box. The customer picks pay-in-full or down payment, signs on a signature pad, and confirms consent and any policy acknowledgement you require.

  • The amount charged is decided server-side from the customer's choice, so a tampered page cannot change the price
  • IP address, user agent, timestamp and a hash of the document are recorded as the audit trail
  • Contract templates support merge variables
  • Agent signature capture for two-party agreements

  • Can the customer pay an installment by text instead of automatic charge?

    Yes. Each installment can be collected by card on file, a text payment link, or an email payment link. Mix them on the same plan if you like.

  • The plan is suspended and your team is notified. Nothing more is attempted until someone updates the card or sends a new payment link, so you are not charged for hopeless retries.

  • FloPay records the signature image, the customer's consent confirmation, IP address, user agent, timestamp and a hash of the document presented. Consult your counsel on enforceability in your jurisdiction; the audit trail is designed to support it.

  • Installment plans and subscriptions work with any FloPay-supported gateway. Tokens stay pinned to the provider that issued them, so plans keep running even if you add gateways later.
