When the invoice, the payment link and the receipt come from the same record, nothing gets re-keyed and nothing goes out of sync. The customer scans the invoice, pays on the hosted page, and the receipt goes out on your design with your reply-to address. The order shows paid. QuickBooks gets the update. Nobody copies a number from one system into another.

Can I use my own invoice layout?
Yes. Each document type has an HTML template with merge fields. Edit it in the dashboard or send us your design.

Does the receipt go out automatically?
Receipts are sent on completed payments using your receipt design. You can also publish the design into your SendGrid account as a dynamic template.

Is this a full accounting system?
No. FloPay covers orders, quoting, inventory, vendors and receivables. For the general ledger, connect QuickBooks Online.
